Divinus – Nouaison Gin

This cocktail should be composed

• 45 ml of Nouaison Gin
• 45 ml of La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Blanc
• 15 ml of Calvados
• 10 ml of Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur and, finally, two dashes of chartreuse.

All this should be poured delicately into a mixing glass. Then, filter the mixture into a wine glass over a large ice cube. For a decorative flourish, all that remains to be done is to garnish with slices of ginger, lime zest and pomelo.
