Glann Ar Mor, a non-peated whisky matured in Boubon casks, and Kornog, whose peatiness (40 ppm phenols) rivals that of its prestigious Scottish neighbours.
Glan Ar Mor claims a single malt character sculpted by its terroir of origin, the winds and the seaside maturation (from which it takes its name Glann Ar Mor meaning “Seaside”. On the nose, one can distinguish, beyond a true elegance (honey and toffee), a saline and iodine touch. This is revealed on the palate, mingling with notes of apricot and sweet spices.
