MS/POS Packaging Project Manager

Job Description:
The position reports to the Director of Purchasing and Packaging Development. Your responsibilities will focus on the Maison Villevert Group and its subsidiaries, and are as follows:
Main missions:
→ Initiate, manage and lead project groups with the central objective of delivering products and services on time and at the appropriate level of requirement
→ Respect the process by “gates” (Concept / Development / Production / Launch)
→ Schedule projects according to timings (project meetings, retrospective planning, etc.)
→ Identify the obstacles and levers of the project by carrying out a feasibility study (retroplanning / supplier feasibility / internal feasibility)
→ Alert in case of deviation. Negotiate solutions acceptable to project applicants
→ Based on the creative elements, issue a specification for purchases with all the technical data
→ In close collaboration with the Purchasing/Marketing/Production department: recommend and identify MS/POS,
→ Study and analyze technical proposals from suppliers: issue recommendations
→ Brief on packaging developments, receive and check supplier documents (BAG, BAT, etc.)
→ Participate in the effective launch of products in conjunction with the Marketing and Production departments
The profile sought:
→ You have mastered project management techniques and tools and you have advanced technical knowledge in packaging and mastery of different creation/development software such as Illustrator, Photoshop.
→ You are particularly sensitive to the environment and are aware of the environmental issues and impacts of your activity.
→ You have good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit, you demonstrate curiosity and open-mindedness, you recognize yourself as rigorous, organized, autonomous, dynamic, agile.
→ A good command of English is essential

Remuneration: between €35k and €45k gross annual salary

→ The position is based at the head office in Merpins 16100 (7KM from Cognac 16100) and the production site in Salles d'Angles 16130.
→ Occasional travel may be required to the Group's various sites.
