What are the delivery times for an order in France / internationally?
Delivery is only available in mainland France. Delivery times vary between 48 and 72 business hours from the date your order is shipped. We do not yet offer international delivery.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, as soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to know the progress of your delivery in real time.
What should I do if my bottle arrived broken or damaged?
Contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos of the package. We promise to offer you a quick solution (replacement or refund).
What payment methods are accepted on your site?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), as well as secure solutions like Apple Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?
Once your order is confirmed, it is automatically prepared for shipment. Contact us promptly: if it hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to modify or cancel it.

Store upright, away from direct light and temperature fluctuations. Close the cap tightly to preserve the aromas.
What is the shelf life of a spirit once opened?
Spirits can be stored for several months, even years, after opening. Their quality remains stable, but consumption within a year is recommended to fully enjoy their aromas.
Can I consume this product pure or in a cocktail?

At what temperature should a spirit be served?
Generally, spirits are best enjoyed at room temperature. Some can be chilled slightly, but avoid excessively cold temperatures, which can freeze the aromas.
