Manufacturing Method:
Blackwell Rum is an authentic Jamaican rum, crafted from carefully selected local ingredients. Its recipe was developed by the experts at J. Wray & Nephew and then blended directly in Jamaica to preserve the island's soul. The rums are then aged in American bourbon barrels, imparting warm notes of vanilla, spice, and wood. A rich, balanced, and bold rum, at the crossroads of tradition and contemporary demands.
Nose: Fresh and fruity with ripe banana, pineapple and vanilla cream. Some vegetal notes.
Palate: Vanilla, caramelized, spicy then woody notes due to aging in American oak barrels
Finish: Long and tense on dry, charred wood with a sweet, delicate conclusion
