Distillery Sales Manager & Brand Ambassador (M/F)

As part of its expansion, Celtic Whisky Distillery is seeking a Sales Manager (M/F), a true commercial leader and brand ambassador. Based at the Pleubian site, you will lead a passionate team and actively contribute to the growth and reputation of our whiskies in France and internationally.

Your tasks

1. Overall management and representation of the distillery

  • To be responsible for the development of the commercial activity of Celtic Whisky Distillery products and for the P&L of the BU
  • To be the official representative and ambassador of Celtic Whisky Distillery to partners, institutions, clients and media.
  • To uphold the values ​​and identity of our whiskies, embodying the passion, quality and innovation of the house.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, tastings and professional events to develop brand visibility and awareness.


2. Business Development and Marketing

  • To be a key player in the sales development strategy, working with the sales and marketing teams of the Maison Villevert Group, with the objective of doubling sales in France and internationally and achieving a 10-point contribution within 3 years.
  • Identify new business opportunities to strengthen CWD's presence on the French and international market (sales of casks, maturation and independent bottling, integrated retail etc…).
  • To be proactive in proposing ideas for product launches, storytelling and promoting existing product ranges.
  • Developing quality spirits tourism, welcoming and assisting visitors, customers and distributors on site in a premium customer experience approach.
  • Develop a local and professional network that promotes collaboration and the distillery's visibility.

Your profile

  • Business school education, with proven experience (minimum 10 years) in an industrial environment, ideally in premium spirits, wines or regional products.
  • Keen sense of commerce and product marketing, ability to represent a brand with passion and authenticity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a taste for fieldwork and a desire to contribute to a project that carries meaning and identity.
  • Fluent English. (Other languages ​​a plus)

A category B driving licence is essential.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Commercial Development

• Over 10 years of professional experience in the Wine & Spirits Industry

• Valid driver's license

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Marketing
