To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for our On-Trade Area Manager who will cover the Paris - Ile de France area.


This position is for a true field hunter, passionate about spirits, capable of creating value and convincing the right influencers in a competitive environment.

Your tasks

  • As a true Ambassador of our Brands, you embody the DNA of the House on the ground;
  • Ensuring active field prospecting on a target of luxury prestige CHR clients (hotels / palaces / cocktail bars / high-end restaurants);
  • Creation, development and retention of a client portfolio in the area;
  • Optimize brand promotion in points of sale during specific events (tastings, masterclasses, etc.);
  • Visit clients regularly and systematically according to a schedule established with your Business Manager;
  • Regularly follow up with clients, facilitate their procedures (volumes, outstanding invoices, etc.);
  • Develop product development action plans based on customer needs, and in line with the challenges and priorities of the sales management;
  • Management and monitoring of the distribution network;
  • Regular reporting via CRM and data analysis;
  • Work together with your manager to implement the MV France strategy in the field and establish our brands in these commercial targets in Paris – IDF;
  • Conduct ongoing competitive monitoring and share it with your manager;
  • Ensure the monitoring and collection of customer invoices in conjunction with the finance department.

Your profile

You have a Bac +2/3 to Bac +5 degree from a business school with at least 2 years of field experience.

You have a perfect knowledge of the spirits sector, and of the commercial environment in the Paris / IDF area.

Possessing a strong commercial temperament and excellent interpersonal skills, you recognize yourself as dynamic, persevering, autonomous and rigorous.

You have a taste for fieldwork, for challenges, and you master sales and negotiation techniques as well as a good understanding of customer needs.

You know how to open doors, build relationships, and persuade.

You are sensitive to products, curious and capable of promoting emerging brands.

Your team spirit and your pursuit of excellence will make the difference.

A category B driving licence is essential.

Status - contract: EXECUTIVE STATUS – PERMANENT CONTRACT – Full-time.


Remuneration: Fixed salary between €37k and €39k depending on experience + Variable
