Caipearinha
- 40 ml June Royal Pear & Cardamom
- 20 ml Fresh lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 1 Barspoon of brown sugar
- Add crushed ice
Preparation
In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle 2 lime wedges with sugar to release the flavors. Add June Royal Pear & Cardamom, then crushed ice. Stir gently and top up with a little more crushed ice. Garnish with a few pear slices or a lime wheel.
