Ingredients
J&G Sour
- 30 ml June Royal Pear & Cardamom
- 30 ml Gwalarn Whisky
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Fill your shaker ¾ full with ice cubes and shake again. Pour everything into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
Tip: To replace egg white, you can use aquafaba.
