A homemade Mojito, in the blink of an eye

In this twist on the mojito, the rum is replaced by La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Extra Dry, revealing a new face of the mojito: more vegetal, more complex, and less alcoholic. Made with Pineau des Charentes, this dry vermouth reveals notes of fresh herbs, citrus, and sweet spices. Combined with lime juice, fresh mint, and Three Cents Two Cents Plain sparkling water, the result is a vibrant and perfectly balanced cocktail.
