Job Description:
Your missions will focus on the Maison Villevert Group and its subsidiaries, and are as follows:
Main missions:
→ Participate in defining objectives and ensure the implementation of the Group budgetary process
→ Carry out reporting for Group companies in connection with the development of forecasts for turnover, margin and structural costs
→ Develop procedures, implement relevant analysis indicators (reporting tools, dashboards, controls, indicators, etc.)
→ Participate in group accounting closings in compliance with deadlines
→ Analyze the gaps between forecasts and actual results, recommend corrective actions
→ Ensure monitoring of commercial, marketing and industrial activities by producing analysis tools specific to the professions (monitoring, by BU, brands, events, products)
→ Support operational managers in the proper management of their activities
→ Develop management and reporting systems to reflect business developments with the aim of continuous improvement
→ Automate reporting to reduce information production times
→ Contribute to the structuring and reliability of the ERP in place
The profile sought:
→ You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position. You have a Bac +5 qualification from a university, business school, or engineering school with a specialization in Management/Finance.
→ With good interpersonal skills and team spirit, you recognize yourself as rigorous, organized, autonomous, dynamic and have a sense of service.
→ You have the ability to manage projects, you are proficient in cost and margin analysis as well as ERP and office tools.
→ Beyond the technical dimension essential for this position, you are an educational manager capable of growing the existing team and processes. You have an interest in the field.
→ A good command of English is essential
→ Experience in external auditing, such as Big4, and/or in the spirits sector would be a plus.

→ Occasional travel may be required to the Group's various sites.
