The Bonny Coco is a smooth and delicious cocktail, combining Anne Bonny™ spiced rum with the sweetness of banana and coconut cream. After blending the ingredients with crushed ice, it's served in a hurricane glass and garnished with shredded coconut and 70% dark chocolate. A true invitation to tropical and gourmet flavors.

Ingredients
Bonny Coco
- 40 ml Anne Bonny™ - Spiced Rum
- 1 banana
- 40 ml Coconut cream
- 10 ml sugar syrup (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients and crushed ice to the bowl of an immersion blender. Blend until the desired consistency is achieved. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut and 70% dark chocolate.
Tips: Can also be made in a blender with a scoop of coconut sorbet and crushed ice.
