- 25 ml lime juice
- 15 ml simple sugar syrup
- 8 to 10 mint leaves
- Top Two Cents Plain Sparkling Water
Preparation
Add the mint, Anne Bonny™ Spiced Rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup to the glass. Stir gently. Top with crushed ice and stir again, then top with crushed ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
