A classic Celtic version
The Gwalarn Collins is a reinterpretation of the classic Collins. Light, refreshing, and elegant, this cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to summer aperitifs and afternoon drinks.
Ingredients
Gwalarn Collins
- 40 ml Gwalarn Celtic Blend
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml Sparkling Water ( Three cents Two Cents Plain )
Decoration: 1 lemon zest
Preparation
Pour all ingredients into a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes and mix with a mixing spoon.
Add sparkling water (Three cents Two Cents Plain) and garnish your glass with a lemon twist.
