Each Le Roch cognac is crafted in the traditional manner, without filtration or chilling. The blends are crafted with the utmost care to ensure a balance between affordability and high quality.
Manufacturing Method:
Small Champagne produced from a blend of different Cognacs from vineyards whose subsoils are mainly made up of chalky limestone and groies.
Nose: Fresh vanilla, crisp white fruits, white pepper, controlled youth .
Palate: Mineral and supple, dominated by fresh fruits and sweet spices .
Finish: Balanced, clear and clean, beautiful wood-fruit accord .
