Brand history:
Each Le Roch cognac is crafted using traditional methods, without filtration or chilling. The blends are made with the utmost care to guarantee a perfect balance between accessibility and high quality.
Manufacturing method:
This blend originated from the discovery of very old lots of Petite Champagne cognacs from an undivided estate; a widow had inherited cognacs produced in the Angeac-Champagne region, one of the finest terroirs in our area. These very old lots are then blended with older, more floral cognacs, slightly reduced, and then returned to age in small casks in the heart of the Grosperrin cellars.
Nose: Explosion of spices, dried flowers, old noble rancio.
Palate: Rich, complex and tender, marked by aging in small barrels.
Finish: Long and melted, beautiful rancio.
