Brand History:
Each Le Roch cognac is crafted in the traditional manner, without filtration or chilling. The blends are crafted with the utmost care to ensure a balance between affordability and high quality.
Manufacturing Method:
This blend was born from the discovery of very old batches of Petite Champagne from a joint ownership; a widow who inherited cognacs produced in the Angeac-Champagne region, one of the most beautiful terroirs in our region. These very old batches are then blended with older, more floral Cognacs, slightly reduced, and then returned to age in small barrels in the heart of the Grosperrin cellars.
Nose: Explosion of spices, dried flowers, old noble rancio.
Palate: Rich, complex and tender, marked by aging in small barrels.
Finish: Long and melted, beautiful rancio.
