Each Le Roch cognac is crafted using traditional methods, without filtration or chilling. The blends are made with the utmost care to guarantee a perfect balance between accessibility and high quality.

Manufacturing method:

This cru, comprised of three main terroirs, is distinguished by its history, which is intimately linked to that of the town of Cognac. It is also the smallest of the crus, and older cognacs are much rarer here than in the other crus.

Nose: Elegant and fragrant, with notes of iris, exotic woods, violet candy which demonstrate that the cognacs in this blend come from the clay-siliceous soils of the Borderies plateau.
Palate: Frank and mineral, with rich aromas and sweet spices.
Final: Delicate and floral, elegant early rancios, candied fruits in beautiful harmony.
