This London Dry Gin captures the essence of the coastline through a careful selection of classic and local botanicals, including Breton seaweed. This gin is distinguished by its aromatic precision and its connection to the marine terroir.
Manufacturing method:
Distilled and bottled facing Maudez Island, this artisanal gin is based on juniper and citrus, enriched with a unique iodine note provided by seaweed. Distillation is carried out with a 44.7% reduction using water from the distillery's spring, for a freshness full of minerality. True to the tradition of London Dry Gin, Saint Maudez offers a subtle balance between botanical power and saline elegance.
