Brand History:

The premium French gin Nouaison Gin is a refined spirit crafted by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, who aims to offer an unforgettable tasting experience. Made from grapes and subtly enriched by a masterful blend of 14 botanicals and spices, this gin stands out for its unique aromatic profile. Often acclaimed by connoisseurs, Nouaison Gin combines aromatic intensity, botanical richness, and woody notes, while preserving the delicate smoothness of the grape. Each sip invites you to discover the complexity of its composition, offering an enriching experience for everyone, whether they are enthusiasts or experts in the field.

 

Production Method:

Every year in September, the grapes are carefully vinified and then distilled four times to obtain a neutral alcohol (96.4%). Next, the 14 botanicals and spices, which include exotic ingredients such as juniper, cardamom, sandalwood, and bergamot, are distilled separately in a copper still. This technique allows for the full preservation of their unique aromatic richness.
The magic happens during a fifth distillation, where the final blend is created. This blend marries the grape's elegance and inherent smoothness with the botanical and woody power of the spices, giving Nouaison Gin a rich, complex, and perfectly balanced taste.
