Nouaison Gin Reserve is the unique result of a distillation of French grapes, exceptional herbs, fruits and spices combined with meticulous aging in cognac barrels from our Domaine Le Pérat.

Description

Brand history:

Nouaison Gin Reserve is a premium French gin crafted from grapes and 14 botanicals and spices, including juniper, cardamom, sandalwood, and bergamot. After distillation, it is aged in cognac casks from our Le Pérat vineyard, revealing a unique balance of vegetal freshness, spicy richness, and woody roundness. Produced in limited quantities, it bears the signature of master distiller Jean-Sébastien Robicquet.

Manufacturing method:

Crafted from 14 botanicals and spices, each distilled separately in grape spirit, Nouaison Gin Reserve is aged in oak barrels that previously held cognac. Each of these botanicals and spices contributes to the exceptional complexity and aromatic balance of Nouaison Gin Reserve. The process is overseen by master distiller Jean-Sébastien Robicquet to guarantee balance, finesse, and depth. This finishing process imparts woody and vanilla notes to the gin, rarely seen in the world of gin.
