Nouaison Gin Reserve is the unique result of a distillation of French grapes, exceptional herbs, fruits and spices combined with meticulous aging in cognac barrels from our Domaine Le Pérat.

Description

Brand History:

Nouaison Gin Reserve is a premium French gin made from grapes and 14 botanicals and spices, including juniper, cardamom, sandalwood, and bergamot. After distillation, it is aged in cognac barrels from our Le Pérat wine estate, revealing a unique balance of vegetal freshness, spicy richness, and woody roundness. Produced in limited editions, it bears the signature of master distiller Jean-Sébastien Robicquet.

Manufacturing method:

Made from 14 botanicals and spices, distilled separately in grape spirit, Nouaison Gin Reserve is aged in oak barrels that previously contained cognac. Each of these botanicals and spices contributes to the complexity and exceptional aromatic balance of Nouaison Reserve gin. The process is overseen by master distiller Jean-Sébastien Robicquet to ensure balance, finesse, and depth. This finish gives the gin woody and vanilla notes rarely seen in the gin world.
