Description

Brand History:

Nouaison Gin is a premium French gin, designed and created by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet. Made from grapes, it is enhanced by a blend of 14 botanicals and spices. Its unique profile combines aromatic intensity, rich botanicals, and woody notes, while retaining the grape's characteristic sweetness. Bottled immediately after distillation, Nouaison Gin offers a rounded and complex palate, offering connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike an unforgettable taste experience.

Manufacturing method:

Every year in September, the grapes are vinified and then distilled four times to obtain a neutral alcohol (96.4%). The 14 selected plants and spices—including juniper, cardamom, sandalwood, and bergamot—are then distilled separately in a copper still to preserve all their aromatic richness.
The final blend takes place during a final distillation, which combines the elegance of the grape with the vegetal and woody intensity of the plants and spices. This unique process gives Nouaison Gin its rich, complex, and perfectly balanced aromatic profile.
