Founded in 1997, Celtic Whisky Distillerie is one of the first French distilleries to dedicate itself to the production of whiskies. In Pleubian, on the north coast of Brittany, just a few meters from the sea, the oceanic climate gives the whiskies a unique maritime character. A pioneer of French whisky, the distillery brings together specific features that guarantee whisky production in the purest artisanal tradition: direct-fire heating, slow distillation, the presence of traditional equipment such as two small "Pot Still" stills and wooden fermenters, and, of course, aging by the seaside. Thanks to its commitment to quality, it has become one of the most awarded in France.

Production Method:

Kornog Sant Erwan 2025, this peated single malt was aged in an ex-bourbon cask by the seaside, thus benefiting from the maritime influences of the north coast of Brittany. This maturation gives this whisky remarkable roundness and aromatic complexity. The Breton whisky Kornog Sant Erwan is limited to only 270 hand-numbered bottles. Each bottle is adorned with a pewter and gold label, applied by hand in the distillery's workshop, highlighting the artisanal and exclusive character of this edition. Slow reduction helps preserve the integrity of the aromas of this single cask bottled at 50% ABV, thus offering a rich and nuanced tasting experience.
