Brand History:

Pimento was born from the desire to offer a powerful and original alcohol-free soft drink that would appeal to both thrill-seekers and bartenders. This "Spicy Ginger Ale," launched in France, has established itself as a cocktail enhancer, equally at home in mixology and in pure tasting. Its lively, citrusy profile evokes the strength of a non-alcoholic spirit.

Manufacturing method:

Pimento is produced from natural flavors of ginger (China & Africa), Jamaican chili, tonic water, and citrus peel. It is low in sugar but powerful in flavor, with a long, lingering finish. Made like a lemonade, it is pasteurized and carbonated in Alsace, then bottled under strict traceability and hygiene conditions. It is 100% alcohol-free.
