Manufacturing method:
Petite Champagne is made from a blend of different Cognacs from vineyards whose subsoils are mainly made up of chalky limestone and grie soils.
Nose: Fresh vanilla, crisp white fruits, white pepper, controlled youth .
Palate: Mineral and supple, dominated by fresh fruit and sweet spices .
Final: Balanced, clear and clean, beautiful wood-fruit accord .
