Casamigos Mezcal, a 100% espadin agave spirit made in Oawaca, Mexico. It is particularly smooth, easy to drink and perfectly smoked.
Using traditional methods, we begin with our piñas being cooked and smoked in an earthen pit.Then the roasted espadín agaves, are crushed using a stone wheel (tahona method) and the liquid is fermented in one ton wood tanks for several days. Distillation happens in our 300L copper still and then rested for up to 2 months. Every one of our handcrafted bottles are carefully filled with our ultra-premium Mezcal.
